White-label GoHighLevel fulfillment for agencies

Deliver GoHighLevel results to your clients without doing the work.

I build the GoHighLevel systems, AI agents and automations your agency sells — quietly, under your brand, on a fixed price and a fixed date.

30-minute call · no pitch · you leave with a scope and a price either way

What I build

GoHighLevel, AI automation and CRM migration services

Everything your clients pay you for. Take one piece or hand over the whole delivery stack — all of it ships under your brand, with documentation your team can maintain.

GoHighLevel setup & snapshots

Complete sub-account configuration — pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels, workflows and reporting — built once, properly, so it clones cleanly to every client after.

A2P 10DLC registration

The compliance setup nobody wants to touch. Brand and campaign registration done right so your client's SMS actually delivers instead of silently failing.

AI chatbot automation

Chat agents that answer, qualify and book in real time — on the website, on SMS and in the DMs. Trained on your client's offer, wired to their calendar.

AI voice agents

Automated calling that follows up in seconds, qualifies the lead and books the appointment — including the leads your client's team never got around to phoning.

Lead nurturing systems

Multi-step SMS and email follow-up that turns cold and stalled leads into booked appointments — plus reactivation campaigns for the database already sitting there.

CRM migration to GoHighLevel

Moving off HubSpot, Keap, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels or a spreadsheet? Contacts, history, automations and forms move across with nothing lost and no downtime.

White-label GHL fulfillment

Or hand me the queue. Your brand stays at the front, I stay invisible — a named build partner in your Slack, working to your deadlines and your clients' SLAs.

Talk about ongoing work
How it works

Four steps, no surprises

You brief me once. I scope it in writing, build it, and hand it over as yours.

  1. We map it

A 30-minute call. What the client needs, what already exists, and where automation actually pays off.

  2. You get a fixed quote

A written scope, a flat price and a delivery date within 24 hours. Approve it and I start. No hourly creep.

  3. I build and test it

Built in your account so you own it from day one, then tested end to end — every trigger fired, every message checked.

  4. Handoff and support

A Loom walkthrough, written SOPs, and 30 days of free fixes for anything that isn't working as scoped.

Why it's low risk

You carry none of the usual downside

Most agencies have been burned by a contractor before. So every part of how I work is built to remove that risk up front, in writing.

Fixed price, quoted in writing

Your cost is agreed before I start and doesn't move mid-build, so you can quote your client with confidence.

You own everything, from day one

I build inside your account. Every asset, snapshot and workflow is yours whether we work together again or not.

NDA and non-solicit before access

Signed before I touch anything. I work with agencies only and never approach your clients — that's contractual, not a promise.

30 days of free fixes

If something isn't working the way it was scoped, I fix it. No change-request invoice for my own loose ends.

Documented, so you're never dependent

Every build ships with SOPs and a Loom walkthrough. Your team can maintain it without me on retainer.

No retainer lock-in

Start with one build. If it goes well, do another. There's no minimum term and nothing to cancel.

Who you're working with

No account managers. You work with me.

I'm Hassan Ateeq. I started Hasnex Systems after watching agency owners close good retainers and then lose the margin — and the weekend — to fulfillment nobody had capacity for.

Every project runs through me. I scope your build, I'm in the Slack channel, and I'm the one accountable when a workflow misfires at 11pm. You'll never be handed to a junior you didn't meet, or chase someone who has to "check with the team."

FAQ

The questions I get asked first

Will my clients ever know you exist?

Only if you want them to. Everything ships under your brand, and I'll work from an email address on your domain. If you'd rather I join client calls as your build team, I do that too.

Do you build in my account or yours?

Yours, normally — so you own every asset from day one. If you'd prefer, I can build in a staging sub-account and transfer the snapshot across once you've approved it.

How long does a build take?

A single funnel or snapshot is usually 5–10 business days. A full onboarding system with AI agents averages around two weeks. You get the exact date in writing before you commit.

What if the client wants changes after launch?

Anything that isn't working as scoped is fixed free for 30 days. Genuinely new requests get quoted as a small add-on, or come out of your retainer hours if you're on one.

Do you work with tools other than GoHighLevel?

Yes. GoHighLevel is the core, but I regularly build in Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable and Twilio, and directly against APIs — including OpenAI and Claude for custom AI workflows.

Will you go after my clients?

No, and it's contractual. I sign an NDA and a non-solicit before I get any access. I work with agencies only — your client relationships are the entire reason this model works.

What does a GoHighLevel build cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so I don't publish a price list that would be wrong for your project. What I do commit to is a flat figure in writing within 24 hours of our call — not an hourly rate that drifts. A single funnel or snapshot sits at the low end; a full onboarding system with AI voice and chat agents at the higher end.

Do you work with agencies in the United States?

Yes — most of the agencies I build for are US-based, and A2P 10DLC registration for US carriers is a regular part of the work. I keep overlap with US business hours for calls and post async updates every day a build is live, so you're never waiting overnight for an answer.

Can you take over a GoHighLevel account someone else built?

Yes, and it's a common request. I audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether it's cheaper to repair or rebuild — sometimes an inherited sub-account is held together in ways that cost more to untangle than to redo. You get that assessment before you commit to either.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe one client system you're struggling to deliver, I tell you how I'd build it and what it costs. You leave with a scope and a price whether you hire me or not.
